It's hard to believe we've reached the end of another year. We hope our time together has meant as much to you as it has to us. We so appreciate your presence on this blog. You add much to the dialogue. We look forward to a new year. You can expect a few changes to our format, which we hope you'll enjoy as much as we do. Please join us in wishing Patti Hill a very happy birthday tomorrow. And from all of us to all of you, have a blessed Christmas season, and a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year. God bless you all.

Ladies, I am so thankful that I found this blog. No. This writing family. You have all been such great mentors for me this past year. You helped me believe that, yes, I am a writer and, yes, I can make it.
Thank you and Merry Christmas! Big, huge hugs to each of you!
Susie: A writing family. That's very nice and very accurate. We're are pleased you "adopted" us.
Okay, I've had a tad too much chocolate this morning. Please scratch the "are" in the last sentence. Oh brother.
I guess it's fine getting caught with chocolate on your face in a family.
Absolutely, Patti. And happy birthday. :-)
Adding my heartfelt thanks. I love the community you've created here and the wisdom you all share, with an absolute lack of pretension. You've helped me to grow and challenged my thinking.
Wishing a wonderful Christmas to all of you. xxx
I return to this blog often for the wonderful writing wisdom to be found here. Wishing all of you at Novel Matters a blessed Christmas and joyous new year. And happy birthday to Patti.
Karen and Pat: Your comments are very encouraging. I think we can say, "mission accomplished" thanks to you.
And thanks for the birthday wishes. You're so kind.
